No quality control for my opinion
I ordered 2 packages of the 18 inch 1b. Four packs of the hair had the quality I expected. Not too shiny and all having the length I ordered. The other 4 packs included some at 20 inch length with way less hair in the bundles. The hair was very shiny and was similar to Barbie hair. Super plastic. I returned the second package. I would order again from this vendor if I could be sure that I would get the better quality hair.
