Size 5.7 175 pounds and 38 DDDI was very nervous when ordering this item. he goes very high. I order medium but I think the large will work best. It was a bit tidal, but not uncomfortable. I've been wearing it since my birthday and every time we go people will compliment it and the boys will love it lol. I also wear fishing nets with rhinestones.
