They are made for Swissflex Eyephorics glasses

Anyone who has written a bad review doesn't understand that they are made for the brand I listed above. There is a special plastic element on the bridge of the nose that accommodates these nose pads. They snap into this plastic notch. They are not designed for regular glasses.
