Volume isn't an issue if you adjust your headset properly. Tips are included below.

There are some fantastic reviews about it and I have to agree with them, so there's no point in repeating what they say. I just want to help solve an issue that people have been complaining about with this headset, which I believe is an oversight in the product design and documentation. And that goes for VOLUME. ADVICE. Your headset volume control is COMPLETELY separate from your phone volume control. Once paired, increase the volume on the headset to maximum (arrow up until you hear a beep). Then adjust the sound of music/media files on your phone/computer. If you're pairing two devices, you'll need to do it AGAIN when connecting to the second device. It seems to save the headset volume depending on the connected device. For me, this solved all my audio quality and volume issues. When I first turned it on and the headset volume was low, the base station didn't exist and it sounded like a distant AM radio. I turned up the volume on my phone and was VERY upset. But then I found a second volume on the headset and experimented with how that affected the Bluetooth volume. Two independent settings. After adjusting both volumes, it was a whole new world. Full soundstage, large base, etc. I can't play at full volume comfortably. I'm not sure how much this will affect battery life (yet), but I recommend setting the "Headset" volume to 100% for the best sound and only adjusting the volume on your phone. In addition, different Bluetooth profiles produce completely different sound quality. audio - I hope you're using aptx which I think is essential for a great experience. So far this is a great purchase and I am very happy with it.
