Review on Quayside Clipper Shoes Brown Chestnut Men's Shoes by James Wickware

I ordered these shoes specifically for a garden party. They arrived on time and looked great. The first time I tried them on was the day of the party and one of the leather laces snapped while I was tying the knot. Boots and fits on the other side so I couldn't just put on a new pair of laces. I managed to "fix" the broken lace with superglue, reinforced with a pair of solid clips hidden under the eyelet flaps that the laces run through so the repair was invisible. The party was two miles each way. The shoes were comfortable and I have no complaints about that. For a pair of shoes costing over £50 I was disappointed that the laces broke so easily. They seem to be quite well tailored - apart from those laces.
