Very happy with this purchase. I bought this for a cobalt compressor I was rebuilding that I took used and it didn't have a filter. I had to use a short 1/2" NPT pipe and elbow as there wasn't enough room to mount it directly to the compressor pump. It took me a while to find a decent air compressor inlet filter. Cheap junk from China is patchy at best and will ruin your compressor at worst. Don't get me started with the available spam filters. I just couldn't find a filter. I could only find the filter and housing. My high pass filter was junk, as were the 3 replacement filters that were sent to me after 2 attempts. I'm replacing this identical filter on my Jeep's onboard air compressor (rebuilt from a York 210 junkyard) only because the previous one I had for 7 years was smashed into the hood when I broke the engine mount. I had nothing but good things to say about this Solberg filter and judging by the dents on the underside of my hood it performed as well as it can get.
