Review on 🔇 Enhanced Performance Solberg FS 06 050 Filter Silencer Diameter: An Efficient Solution for Noise Reduction by Runbi Alvarez

I'm replacing this identical filter on my Jeep's onboard air compressor (rebuilt from a York 210 junkyard) only because the previous one I had for 7 years was smashed into the hood when I broke the engine mount. I had nothing but good things to say about this Solberg filter and judging by the dents on the underside of my hood it performed as well as it can get. I could probably bend the old one back into a shape just long enough for the cap to stay in place, but it actually tore the metal where the threaded hole connects to the filter housing. This time I'll add some extra detail to place the filter a little lower and further from the hood. Without the filter the York compressor makes a higher pitched sound so this filter seems to have some of the noise canceling properties but that wasn't my main purpose for this purchase - I don't want unfiltered air getting into my compressor! one based on Revane's "Frequently Bought Together" suggestion, but oh well - I guess I have a spare now.
