Tears and tears on the teeth

This thread tears and tears - not like before! In 2017 I bought this dental floss for 3 years because I really liked it. So in 2020 I bought another huge pack and to my great disappointment they changed the quality of the floss which is now breaking on the edges of my teeth and worse, breaking apart and getting stuck in my teeth! It's terrible and I won't buy it again. So bad they skimped on quality.
