Inexpensive, easy to use, easy to charge and I love the fact that it vibrates at the 2 minute mark (my old one didn't vibrate). I prefer this brush because I like heads that not only spin (above) but also move from side to side (below). I don't know how easy it is to find replacement brushes in stores, but they're easy to find online and not that expensive. The brushes themselves last a decent amount of time. In addition, the charge lasts a long time; I'm often amazed at how long I can go without charging and it still works. For those who have never bought an electric toothbrush, I recommend it. You will be amazed at how much cleaner your teeth are compared to a regular toothbrush. Don't worry about $40 brushes; This one does the job perfectly for half the price.
