Review on Stay Protected in the Great Outdoors with the Outdoor Research Sun Runner Cap by Trevor French

I wear this hat to protect my ears and the top of my head from the sun when I run. Yes, it's a little hotter than wearing a visor, but protecting my skin is worth it, even on sunny days and almost 90 degrees. I love that it protects the neck and when I tighten the chin strap it also protects the front of the neck. I would agree with another review I read somewhere that it would be better if the curtain was an inch or two longer, but that's a minor complaint. Overall I am very happy with this hat. I've been wearing it several times a week for the past month. It appears to be made of quality materials and is relatively cool to walk on considering it's a large, draped hat. I also like that the part that wraps around my head is elastic and adjustable with velcro. Between this and the chin strap, it stays in place even when it's a bit windy outside!
