I LOVE THIS CHAIR! Got it today and assembled it and it's like sitting on a cloud, no kidding. I used to buy expensive chairs from office supply stores and none were really comfortable. So I decided to give it a try as it looked so good and read the reviews. Since I retired I spend a lot of time on my desktop computer. Bowel movements are so easy with my painful arthritis. While it's not permanent, it's still a good deal and I have nothing to compare it to Office Depot where I've always bought my chairs. When I saw the condition of the box I figured I would probably have to send it back as it was open and held together with 5 yellow nylon strips. But when I opened it everything was safely and neatly wrapped in bubble wrap, there was no damage. I couldn't wait to write this review. Also easy to put together for me as my husband who is an engineer couldn't properly assemble the bikes when my kids were little etc. So it was a lot of experience for me but given my age and how quickly things came together this should be the one Case be a guide for future buyers.
