5 stars for the first 2 questions, for question 4: Longevity I need time to appreciate it, I live in Southern California and as the song says "It never rains in Southern California " I would say the damage comes from the heat of baking The nice thing is that they come with replacement rubber blades when they last twice as long as the Michelin blades I got at Costco (including extra blades) for 30 % buy more I will be happy I will update you but now take a chance.
