My wife usually wears a medium, but ordered one size up to a large to allow for sweatshirts and sweaters underneath the jacket. The fit is pretty good considering that she is 5'1" (sleeves are always long), and she is glad that she ordered a size up. Her regular size would have been too snug with a sweater or sweatshirt.The material has a shiny look to it, which was not expected from the promo pics. It has a zipper on the sleeve that is not particularly well done. The zippers themselves look pretty inexpensive. Overall impression of the jacket is that it looks rather cheap because of this. Definitely does not look like real suede.The jacket arrived vacuum-packed that left many wrinkles in the fabric. It will need to be steamed or ironed. The lining of the jacket has a satin fabric that makes it easier to slide on and off, which is a plus. It is very comfortable against the skin as well.This is a jacket that she will wear to go on a dog walk but not one that she would choose to wear out to a social function. Quality is what you would expect given the price point.
