SNR: 100dB (higher is better) THD+N: 0.001% (lower is better) Look at the numbers above, this thing sounds very clean. I tried 5 different ones and this one wins. Always look at the signal-to-noise ratio (decibels) when purchasing Hi-Fi audio equipment. and total harmonic distortion THD % . THD indicates how much pure sound is lost in the device. 1.0% or 1% is terrible. 0.1% bad, 0.01% normal. 0.001% is very good. If you want really clear sound, buy a good USB DAC like the E30 with a THD of 0.0003%. Also buy this super clean power bank for e30 called iFi iPower Low Noise DC Power Supply with international 5V travel adapters. You'll love how good it all sounds
