Great for morning energy
I have tried many fat burners and energy supplements and I keep coming back to these. I don't drink coffee anymore so I need something to start my morning which is great. It tastes good, mixes quickly without pills, and doesn't cause stomach upset when taken on an empty stomach (like the pills do for me). Price-wise, it's cheaper here than similar sugar-free ready-made energy drinks (Reign, etc.). In terms of effectiveness, it is 90% stimulant and 10% appetite suppressant. So if that's what you're looking for, it's up to you.
