The image of the teeth begins to fade after 1 application. According to my son (a 14 year old soccer player) they are too small and uncomfortable. As far as I know he wore them to practice 3 times. Now they just lie on a shelf with a peeling tooth sticker. It went back to the $3 helmet mount mouthpiece I bought at Walmart.
