I was so excited to pack all my mechanical pencils and colored pencils in a package that could almost stand on its own and be easily accessible. I was very hopeful and looking forward to the arrival. It arrived today, was well packaged, sturdy and colourful. Here is the problem that makes it completely impractical and unusable. When I go to get a pen or pencil, I need to be able to get it in 1-2 seconds. I don't plan on taking 2 hands and pulling and stretching the rubber band for 4-6 seconds to release the item. This would be ideal if the elastic was only 1/2 inch wide, or even its current width but a little loose. and an elastic band. Even trying to place just one pen, where the width is clearly 2 handles, 4-5 fingers and two hands are indispensable without a fight. I thought of modifying it with an additional elastic band, but even then, this Structure is so good that it would be too difficult. I thought I'd spend over $20 to get something great. Instead, it would only be good if things couldn't fall out during transport, even when unpacked. All my pens and pencils are there for when I need to switch between them while drawing, writing, painting or journaling - that's why I ordered them. He will return as soon as possible. Very disappointing.
