They're extremely helpful with any questions or problems you may encounter while using their products - they've always made sure I'm happy before my next project begins so that's amazing for me as an artist/producer who needs support every step along this journey!! Their customer service has also never failed but when it does happen (which happens rarely) there really isn't anything wrong wtih how quickly & professionally things get taken care off your shoulders after contacting them again if necessary.
