This is great, don't use it on carpet like others have said or you'll ruin the elastics. You have to stand up to use it on a wooden or similar floor. feels fantastic, doesn't hurt your feet and has the right contours to reach your inner arch areas. Surprisingly strong for a light blade, it's extremely strong, I weigh 240 pounds and can easily put a full load on it. I have tried many products and this is the best for me
