Best suited for my tripod and monopod needs

I bought a lens ring for my Nikon 70-200mm f4 lens but the barrel was too wide to fit a Swiss style Acra ball head use. This attaches to the foot so I can adjust the lens and collar combo to fit the ball head. Good value for money.
