Poor quality, limited features and not suitable for my business needs.
Bought for my auto repair shop in place of our usual purchase of Panasonic phones. While the hold button is handy compared to the Panasonic's lack of it, it wasn't enough to overcome the extreme lack of features this phone had. You couldn't give the phone a name like Shop, Technician A, or Front Office. It was only phone 1, 2 etc. The ringer for internal calls was the same as for regular incoming calls. They couldn't block the number, error when I get half a dozen calls a day from an advertising company or trade management company who want to waste my time.
