I want to prolong the life of my old Apple products. And I was looking for 30-pin cables that would help me with that. Then I found these cables and wondered if the quality would be acceptable for the price. Well I can say I wasn't disappointed, not only are they well made but they snap into place very firmly, don't hang around and don't fit sloppy to the device. It's like I plugged it back in for the first time, actually it's good. Because when the joints wear out, they come loose. So it's good that they feel the tension right from the start, before hacking occurs over time. The included "leather" straps are actually leather, but that doesn't matter. The devices are easily recognized by any adapters, both factory and aftermarket, that I have installed or by a computer when connected with these cables. Cables will eventually be abolished by all manufacturers. Then you will run after them if you still haven't given up your old Apple devices by then. And at this price for all three cable sizes, it will cover all your needs for years to come.
