Review on ZVOX SoundBase 570 30" Sound Bar With Bluetooth, Built-In Subwoofer, And AccuVoice For Enhanced Audio Experience by Homer Reed

I needed a special sound system, voice clarity and something for loud commercials. I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote anything about ZVOX Sound Base 570 30". I have had Three other systems, LG sound bar with separate subwoofer, Sony sound bar with separate subwoofer and a Visio sound base (all sounded ok to good). All of them sounded about the same and not what I was looking for. The voice was a little clearer, but nothing was profound. The commercial were sometimes blasting you out of the living room and they did nothing to help. Now lets get back to the Zvox 570, It's not perfect, but it did alot better than all the others I tried. The voice was clearer, the commercials were a lot more tolerable. The sound base sounds good to me. Sound is a strange thing. I believe every ones hearing is a little different. What some people like others hate. Also if a person listens to a different sound (than there use to) coming out of a speaker they get accustom to it and may even like it after awhile. This system is kind of like that, the sound when the sound clarity is turned on is different, It is clearer and easier to hear and THAT IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. If you listen to a great sounding system but can't hear the words a person is saying or trying to piece together a conversation the show gets lost. The sound system is not perfect, I do have a little problem with bass booming, I may contact the manufacture about this. It's something that comes and goes and maybe something the system is picking up in some commercials and amplifying it to much. If you are looking for a system that has voice clarity and something to stop those loud commercials from cracking the walls give this a try.
