The ability for us as small business owners (and not just employees) to have access from anywhere is great! We are able to use our phones or laptops at any time without being in an office environment. It's very easy to set up alerts so that we can be notified when there are issues with services such as email/internet etc. I wish it would notify you more often than once every few days but overall this service has been helpful. Being remote workers makes things easier since most of my work happens outside of normal working hours. This also allows me to get some much needed rest during those times where I do need sleep. Not having constant interruptions while trying to focus on important tasks helps keep productivity high! Having all staff members connected remotely gives them instant awareness if anyone needs assistance which reduces delays between problems occurring and getting resolved quickly.
