The ability for us as small business owners (and not just employees) to have access from anywhere is great! We are able to use our phones or laptops at any time without being in an office environment. I like that they are very responsive as well as professional in their work ethic. They go above and beyond what is expected from them. Their pricing model works for my business needs but sometimes I feel I could have done better with other companies if i had more options available.
