I like that they are very responsive as well as professional in their work ethic. They go above and beyond what is expected from them. Their pricing model works for my business needs but sometimes I feel I could have done better with other companies if i had more options available. The customer service has been great but there can be some confusion when it comes to billing. It's not always clear if you're paying an extra fee or just billed normally. We use this software to manage our email communications. This allows us to send emails at times we prefer without having to worry about logging into multiple systems to do so.
