Works well for charging but not for actually connecting devices.

Installed a few days ago and today found the USB 3.0 ports to be faulty. When you plug a headset into it, it connects for a few seconds, and then completely disconnects. Tried other devices, same thing. Connecting peripherals directly to my computer works fine. Unfortunately, I like the look of it very much, but it seems to be a common defect among buyers (see other reviews).
