I read the reviews and took a picture and I'm glad I did. It's a no-frills MP3 player - you charge it, download songs, plug it into speakers or headphones and listen to the music. No wifi, no bluetooth, no overly complex product with features you don't need or need to log in and track your activity. Pros: * Small and light - I thought they sent me an empty box until I opened it. * Slidable power button - probably one of its best features - no, not a spring-loaded power button that you have to hold down for x seconds to turn it on or off, it's, my friends, a simple power button. Slide it one way, it's on, slide it the other way, it's off. No need to wait for it to turn on and off etc. Need to turn it off in the middle of a song? - just press the switch and you're done. * Has internal storage! - I didn't read the description in detail so maybe I missed it, but I plugged it into the computer to charge, ready to open the 32GB micro SD card I bought with it to Songs and viola, MP3 download the player your flash drive. I'm sorry I don't remember the size but I uploaded over 4GB of MP3s with no problems and they played fine. hours with no problems. I'm pretty sure it will last a lot longer, but I haven't tested it thoroughly. * Just a great device if you just want a basic MP3 player, don't have to worry about your phone battery draining, buy a Bluetooth speaker, or forgot to take your phone with you. you have connected to the wired speaker. Cons: * It's small, light, and plastic (not bad stuff), so while it's tempting to toss it in your bag, I'd worry about breaking it in half. It's not weak on its own, but I wouldn't risk dropping it or putting it anywhere, it could get thrown or crushed. managed to find. As others have said, there doesn't seem to be a good way to select songs. I personally don't have to decide on a specific song, I just want to hear music in a random order. So far it seems that they play either in the order the songs were downloaded or in alphabetical order - which order I haven't paid attention to so far. I know that many modern cars with USB ports for MP3 playback take the first route. There is software you can download to select the playback order for such devices, but the problem for me is still the same - the player always plays the songs in the same order. I thought so when I bought it, I just hoped it wasn't like that. All in all it's still a great player at a reasonable price. Updated 12/18/18 Found a game by accident! Maybe it's in the instructions, which I haven't read, but when you play a song and press the M button, the player shows some additional menu items. This includes mixing. Select it, then scroll to YES (default no). Press the middle button and you'll turn golden. I really love this player now.
