Review on JFleet by David Caldwell

I like how easy it was to navigate through the system, even though I am not familiar with any of the other programs out there. It's very similar to our existing program which makes training easier. There are many different options available from entering routes/tracking times to dispatching drivers as well as creating reports to help us improve business practices and efficiency. Not much in terms of dislikes but I would say the customer service could be better if you have an issue or question they tend to rush you off the phone quickly and don't always give good information back. We use this when we work with another company. This allows them to see where their trucks are at all time so they know what areas need more attention and can adjust accordingly.
