I am a regular customer because they are generally good, comfortable and very cheap. PROS: They have good sound and the snug fit provides excellent isolation from outside noise. They have a low profile that allows me to use them without discomfort even when my ear is on a pillow. It's nice to have an on-cord volume control along with a start/stop button. The flat wire helps keep it tangle-free, and oddly my cats are less keen on chewing flat wires than round ones. Don't change volume smoothly and need slight side-to-side jolts to achieve a balanced left and right channel. On my old ones I just don't use the slider and control the volume from my phone. The isolation is really great, but if you want to use it on frequent calls it can be too much and you can't communicate with others without taking them out (they're like earbuds). I found that during a call I had to pick up the left handset so I could hear/speak naturally. With headphones that don't have good isolation, I can just let go of both earbuds during a call. For my purposes, I prefer the isolation they provide so I can enjoy my music even on loud projects. Overall I like them and my only wish is that the volume controls are more robust.
