I bought this to use as a work bag so I wanted it to fit in my wallet, a large phone (iPhone Plus), a container of leftovers and maybe a pair of high heels to smuggle in for a change of day at work. go to the office. The size corresponds to the description, except that the top is not an open mouth, but rather limited. I can't even expand my mouth to the size of the bag's interior, so I'm really limited in the amount of things I can put in the bag, even to the point where it overflows. I keep the bag as a handbag but am now looking for a larger bag for other things. Good construction and quality fabric, just a note of size limitations depending on what you plan to do with this bag.
