Works great. We used them as a replacement for our cooker hood, the brightness is much better and the color spectrum of the "daylight" lamp is much better than the old halogen bulbs. The only problem is that our light has a switch for off-dim brightness, but for these LEDs, they are either off or on regardless of the switch position.
