installation was easy, the brightness is good and seems to be well made. I have a problem and it's partly my fault. The wheels on my Jeep are 15 inches. I wanted to add this to my stock as an extra security measure. My YJ Jeep Wrangler didn't have a third brake light. So I started completely from scratch. Routing and connecting the cable wasn't difficult. The problem was that the diameter of the LED ring nozzles didn't match the wheel holes I had. It sits just behind the hard part of the wheel. So the light is not visible at night. Let it be during the day. Like I said, that's partly my fault. The overall diameter of the device is listed and it fits my 15" wheel. However, the actual diameter of the LED light ring is not listed. I should have checked and made sure before buying. I still have to come up with something. I believe that listing the actual diameter of the light ring in the product description will help people determine if this device is suitable for their wheels. I didn't rate this product badly due to my oversight. I gave a higher rating because it works as it should and it seems well made.
