Excellent customer service and guarantee

After about 6 months my screen went gray and I could barely see. I called MB customer service to see if they would honor the one year warranty and they did. A new display was sent to me within a few days without any problems and I was able to send the damaged one back. Brian from their CS team was very responsive and took care of my issue right away. Worth buying!
