I received and installed it yesterday and quickly started using it. It is very easy to set up and use. Plug and play on my laptop with Windows 11. This makes the laptop a little heavy, but since I had to use it to open multiple documents at once (at home) and not for travel, this isn't a problem for me. You'll have to experiment with the settings to make it a little brighter.

Having two monitors helps improve performance, but I would like to point out that the monitor frequency is only 60MHz. So if you have a laptop with a higher frequency, you will notice mouse slowness every time you switch screens. I ONLY recommend it if you want to do something else with minimal screen switching, e.g. B. Watch or follow movies or videos. If you intend to work with multiple virtual machines or remote desktops open on both monitors, you need to set the frequency of both monitors…

This is a great idea for those who need more screen real estate. Adhesive pads don't work very well but I have velcro and it works fine now :).

The product is perfect and effective. I got it in 2020 and it worked fine. Recently I had some technical problems so I contacted tech support. They were very helpful and sent a replacement cable to my address for free to solve my problem even though I bought this product 2 years ago! Fantastic support that exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

The monitor itself has a pretty good screen, but it's not designed for the monitor's weight. It feels very fragile and the screen sags when you slide it out. I would like more screen reinforcement in the part that attaches to the computer, which is also held in place by adhesive stickers. Not the best either.

It was a big hit in my career road. Although I need more magnets and can't find where to buy them. I recently upgraded my laptop and couldn't find any working magnets. Please help!

I love this screen, the only thing I wish was it was bigger, but this screen is a life saver when I'm traveling and working on my second screen.

It's easy to set up and use on the go, and very useful for extending my laptop's screen without forcing me to look down or sideways at a separate monitor. I just want it to get brighter; Once you set it to maximum there are no other tricks that improve the brightness and it's noticeably dimmer than my laptop screen.

I am using Duex Plus on Lenovo Ideapad Windows 10 and the latest version of Displaylink. When a monitor was plugged in and the lid was closed, the laptop would not wake up and the screen would remain blank. If you remove the monitor or pull it out, the laptop wakes up. Lenovo has a magnetic sensor inside the lid and the magnetic mount interferes with it. Test to see if it's manageable or deal breaker. The sliding mechanism is also quite weak.

This stand is a bit fiddly to use, but works most of the time. Sometimes it accidentally crashes so I try to have something to back it up to avoid that.

This works wonders when you need a dual monitor! I like that it has magnets to attach to a laptop and the screen itself is big enough. You can control the brightness and it's really easy to connect and install. The only criticism is the magnets. After a while, they no longer stick to the laptop. Will probably have to buy more holding magnets or something.

After about 6 months my screen went gray and I could barely see. I called MB customer service to see if they would honor the one year warranty and they did. A new display was sent to me within a few days without any problems and I was able to send the damaged one back. Brian from their CS team was very responsive and took care of my issue right away. Worth buying!
