Not working: Computer accessories and peripherals

I received an old product. The rubber dried out and wouldn't absorb even though I sealed the cracks with clear tape. I ended up having to remove the old screen without help and cut my hands. Returned on credit as they were unusable to me. Had I been sent a fresh set, I might have had a very different experience.
