The most important feature for me that this tool offers has been solved as per my requirements! There were no more problems related to keeping track from various clients about things they have requested in terms of changes done/created till now; all issues get settled via email once we start working together which was one thing I liked when using Asana before ORC-Collab but it used some paid plans so couldn't afford them at times (which is not an issue anymore). The admin panel is very easy to use and the customer support is very helpful. I like the fact that the system is very customizable. I like that it has a lot of features and that it is easy to use. I dislike that the system is not as popular as other ticketing systems. I use it to manage customer support tickets.
