This is a very nice chair, good quality, soft and very comfortable. The assembly was carried out by two people. The instructions are not very good. Luckily I'm smart enough to find out. Assembly was easy at first but when it came to attaching the sides of the chair (levers) it was very difficult as the alignment was misaligned and we had to push and pull a lot to get it working. One nut would not tighten and took about 20 minutes to tighten. In total, the production of the chair took about two hours. The neck pillow is uncomfortable to sit on, but it's good when the chair is reclined. The back pillow hurts so we removed it. We got the chair with an extra leg extension so it's quite comfortable when it's extended and reclined. All in all this is a good chair and I hope the mechanism will hold up.
