Good quality soft balls
My son LOVES these balls. When he was a baby we bought one of those playmat and ball pit combos but I was disappointed that there were so few balls in it. They're actually nicer than the ones that came with the ball pit, the plastic is thicker and they're a little firmer, but they still squeeze a little. Definitely not hard enough to hurt if thrown at you and unlikely to break anything they hit. It seems that 50 balls is a lot, but in reality it is not. I bought 2 sets of 50 and wish we had more.
