Review on Method Ginger Mango Laundry Detergent: 53.5 Ounces, 66 Loads - Effective Cleaning Solution by Megan Lewis

After over 60 years of washing I find this product to work very well. It has a very pleasant, clean scent and is not overpowering at all as some negative reviews tout. Everyone's sense of smell is probably different, but I love the smell of this cleaner. I also have hard water, so I put 1/2 cup of baking soda in my washing machine along with the detergent, and together they clean my clothes perfectly. Some negative reviews indicate that this product does not clean your laundry. Not so in my case. Common sense dictates that if you have stains on your clothes, you should use a pre-wash spray or product (like FELS NAPTHA, SHOUT, or RESOLVE) before washing your clothes. I don't know of any detergent that removes all stains in the washing machine. If the weather permits, I also hang my clothes outside. The sun disinfects and fresh air significantly improves the quality of the laundry. Highly recommended.
