This vest is so cool! So super soft inside and out and the perfect weight. The pockets have zips and there are also deep internal pockets (no zip) perfect for a folded map or a snack. The armholes and the hem are very well finished with black piping. You can zip it all the way up for extra warmth and wind protection, or unzip it slightly and roll up the collar to let your neck breathe. In contrast to some other jackets, the inner fabric is a very soft outer fabric and feels very comfortable on the neck. Sizing was as per the sizing chart and I got the XL which fits great and allows for layering underneath. Very happy with this vest! This is my new favorite and I've nicknamed it "Checkers".
