I'm a doctor who was looking for a non-surgical option to treat sagging skin. I watched the Beverly Hills MD Dermal Complex video and was hooked on the concept and believed in the wonderful positive results. I bought 3 bottles a month and shared the supplement with my colleagues. None of us got noticeable results despite using the product for 4-6 months. I spoke to a Beverly Hills MD Dermal Complex representative to explain the lack of positive results. She recommended that I purchase a different product to use in conjunction with the original product I had purchased. I explained that I would not purchase any additional products because I am unsure about the original product and do not want to spend more money on a product from their company that does not endorse their products. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. I am very disappointed in their false claims, lack of customer service and failure to refund hundreds of dollars spent on a useless product.
