I am a man with wide legs. Since there is absolutely no way a "one size fits all" machine can get ALL the right points for ALL sizes (length and width) of ALL feet, I feel a 5 star rating is simply impossible. give. However, this massager does its job quite well (at least for my male/wide feet)! Rollers that move back and forth (heel to toe/toe to heel) are very soothing, although I wish they could be adjusted for more movement. forward to the toes and slightly back to the heels. Since I have wide feet, bladders that expand to put pressure on the inside/outside of my feet work really well for me (I like more pressure/compression since my feet are wider than others). I also wish there were additional bubbles that line up with the ankles. There seems to be enough room around the ankle area for them. (?) I have not yet used the heating function. I'm not sure I ever will. I enjoy my daily foot massage in his car. Being on my feet for over 10 hours a day, this device is very relaxing and calming at the end of the day!
