Won't stay together

I made my first unicorn glass with this mold. I like the way it looks but it doesn't stay together. When picked up, the thin side falls off. I have to decide whether to keep the form. The company that makes some of these molds needs to make sure they work. If anyone knows how to hold it together please let me know.
