Review on Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker with Built-In Auto-Rinsing Grinder, Glass Carafe - Black (45505) by Judy Spillman

I tried grinding and brewing coffee at a friend's and it was the best cup of coffee I've had outside of a coffee shop. So I bought this brand from Hamilton and it was a big disappointment. I've read reviews that the bean hopper needs to be dry. Some grains also remain bone dry in the grinder, but inconsistently. Therefore, it is not possible to continuously brew a good cup of coffee. When I use ground coffee and just set the machine to brew, the coffee comes out great. But I can do it with my old Mr. Coffee pot. I went with a cheaper ground and brew coffee maker with fewer reviews than other brands and that was a mistake.
