I've been using it as a work monitor with an NVidia GT640 graphics card for a number of years and have never had a problem with it. Good color and resolution, there is an HDMI input. Yes, switching between sources requires four presses of the side button; but there are two "Shortcut" settings available. No problem with AutoCAD or graphics-intensive games. Size is relative - at first it was "huge"; but found it a "small" job, opening ACAD, Excel, and Adobe windows at the same time. You should consider newer models with better contrast ratio (1000:1) and brightness when working in bright light. Otherwise it's still a very good monitor.
