TLDR: Check before installation, customer service will replace all parts. So it's definitely a great option! After installing it, I found that two out of 12 blocks weren't working. These blocks consist of 2 parts: LED module and junction box. At first it did not work, connecting other junction boxes to them. They worked. I took LED modules from other running units and plugged them into "suspect" junction boxes. They didn't work. This clearly shows that the junction boxes here were defective parts. The only way to contact customer service was to leave a voicemail message so I wasn't hoping to get any help but I was wrong. Sometimes I like to be wrong :) They sent me replacement blocks and everything works fine! I like the selectable color temperature. When shopping for ceiling lights I was initially unsure of the exact color temperature to order for each room, but this is my opportunity to buy now, test and choose later.
