Everything started great. I love how you can mount it on the air vent or on the included dash mount. I mainly used it on the dash mount but the clip broke after two weeks. I also don't forever understand the purpose of the side clips for the phone. Why when we use MagSafe. This bothered me because I could only use MagSafe in one direction instead of landscape and portrait because I use a bumper case but the clips stick out too far from the bumper case side of my phone.
