I’ve never been a fan of waist trainer because they are all really uncomfortable but not this one. I ordered a few waist trainers from different brands and this is the one that I liked the most. I ordered a size medium. It’s stretchy enough that I can put it on myself but it’s keep everything in. I also like that it has 3 hooks so you can start making smaller little by little. I work in an office, sitting down all day and I’m able to wear it and it helps with my posture as well. The quality is great also!
