I love this waist trainer it’s extremely efficient you will be snatched in no time. It’s comfortable and definitely breathe able. I didn’t fill the fire as in the picture but nevertheless, it definitely served its purpose. I've tried the more stretchy waist trainers for comfort and they just don't get the job done like a latex trainer. This one fits the way it should. I'm 5 ft -127 lbs. I'm between a small and medium but chose the small for extra tightness and it's not too long on my short torso like most are. The bones make you feel very supported and helps with posture.

Brought this to workout in since it is latex. I brought one a few years from a different seller and can no longer wear it because one of the metal ribs broke and pokes me. This is a good replacement although it is a little long on me.

I’ve tried a few from different sellers, and so far this is my favorite for its purpose. Soft feel to the fabric, yet sturdy and very breathable. You are able to workout in it and no bunching. However I have a short torso bc I’m 5’ 0.5”so it may sit at the very top of your butt, but not enough to bother you while wearing it working out. I weigh 127 and I'm 5'3½ with a somewhat athletic build (I have a little pudge from having a baby 7 months ago. I bought a small and it also comes with a piece where it extends so its like small and a medium. If I would have known it came with an extension I probably would have went with the XS and I could have worn it longer.
